Leadership Development Programme (4 x 2hr sessions)

If you are serious about developing your professional and personal skills, we need to get the right foundations in place. This is why we strongly recommend the Leadership Development Programme. We advise starting the programme with a 360 degree review from your team, design the outcomes for the coaching programme, and finish with another 360 to assess progress.

Included in the programme we offer psychometric personality profiling to help you understand your natural strengths and help further define which areas to develop.  This coaching programme ensures that outcomes are in alignment with your personal needs, those of your team and your organisation.

Supporting your In-House Leadership Training

Coaching supports training programmes by helping individuals move from acquiring knowledge to applying knowledge. Training programmes offer the’ What’ and ‘How’ to perform the required skill, coaching complements training by addressing the ‘why’. Coaching works with individual values, beliefs and motivational drivers to implement the required change. First 100 Days Programme

 

The First 100 Days Coaching Programme is designed to support your new leader from day one, helping them to take control, engage and motivate their team to ensure they make a real impact. And to get results as quickly as possible.

Spread over 100 days, your new leader will have 6 x two hour coaching sessions with an experienced Performance Coach.

The programme will typically (but not exclusively) include: developing personal impact, building critical relationships, exploring their leadership style, understanding their Personality Profile, engaging and motivating the new team. There will also be time to explore and address real live issues as they arise, supporting your new leader through this potentially stressful and often lonely transition.

 

Mini Programme (Four sessions)

Spread over two months, four 90 minute coaching sessions, by phone or face to face, will suit those of you who are short on time and want to keep costs down.

This may suit employees who have highlighted personal development needs during appraisals. Ideal for tackling time management, assertiveness, confidence, communication skills, stress etc.
Over four sessions, we can tackle specific goals and get you back on track.

 

Ad Hoc Sessions

If you prefer to have a session as and when you need it, either by telephone or face to face, we can do that too.
