All programmes are flexible and will be tailored to the individual. All begin and conclude with a Leadership Impact self assessment.
Ultimate Impact Programme
This 4-6 month programme is designed for established senior leaders who want to take their impact to the next level. It can be designed for individuals or leadership teams.
To develop the most relevant leadership skills, it's important to get the right foundations in place. This is why we always start with a 360 degree feedback from peers, line manager and direct reports so that we can clarify agreed outcomes with maximum impact. Another 360 feedback is taken towards the conclusion of the programme to assess progress and ensure you're on track.
We include psychometric personality profiling to help your leader understand their natural strengths and help further define which areas to develop, plus FIRO B profiling to help understand and manage relationship more effectively. This coaching programme ensures that outcomes are in alignment with personal needs, those of the team and your organisation.
Your senior leader will have 8 x two hour coaching sessions with an experienced Executive Coach, or a mix of team coaching and 1-2-1 sessions if we are working with your leadership team.
If appropriate, we encourage the line manager/director to attend part of the first and last sessions, to help set goals and review progress.

Leading with Impact Programme
This three month programme is ideal to support your new leader in the early stages of their new role, helping them to settle in with confidence, take control and engage with their team to ensure they make maximum impact. We work on getting results as quickly as possible.
The programme will typically (but not exclusively) include: building critical relationships, setting expectations, developing personal impact, exploring their leadership style, personality profiling and engaging and motivating the new team. There will also be time to explore and address real live issues as they arise, supporting your new leader through this potentially stressful and often lonely transition when their performance is under the spotlight. We also include a 360 degree feedback towards the end of the coaching programme to assess progress.
Spread over 100 days, your new leader will have 6 x two hour coaching sessions with an experienced Executive Coach. We encourage the line manager/director to attend the first and last sessions, to help set goals and review progress.
Targeted Impact Programme
This flexible programme may suit managers and leaders who have highlighted personal development needs during performance reviews. Ideal for tackling time management, assertiveness, confidence, communication skills, managing stress etc.
Spread over two/three months, this programme of 3 – 6 x two hour coaching sessions will suit managers and leaders who want to tackle specific issues and goals, and need to get back on track.
